Hiking in South Greenland
A 4 weeks solo hike in South Greenland with backpack, tent and fishing gear.
The hike started in Narsarsuaq over Qaqortoq to Narsaq and back by boat to Narsarsuaq. The hike went through unspoilt nature without any signs of human or human presence. The silence, the cleanness of the air and the water is something quite different from the everyday life in the city. There are marked routes in the area, but I had decided to go “off-trail”. The landscape is fantastic and you do not find this unspoiled nature many places elsewhere in the Nordic countries.
I had plenty of time so I had some days in Qaqortoq and Narsaq.
